H2: During police-citizens interactions, the presence of BWCs will positively increase public perceptions of procedural fairness.
H3:Procedural justice will be dependent on police behaviour exhibited during encounters with the public, regardless of BWCs. It is therefore hypothesised that public perception of procedural justice will be negatively assessed when police behaviour is disrespectful and unfair regardless of the presence of BWCs.
H1: Public perceptions of procedural justice will be positively increased when policing authorities exhibit respectful behaviour during encounters with citizens.
H4:The presence of BWCs will have a weak effect on the relationship between perceptions of procedural justice during a single police encounter, and perceived legitimacy of the entire policing authority.
