      - Face&head: dizziness, dull pale complexion, pale lips T: pale, dry P: choppy, fine

        Shallow breath, cold limbs, cyanosis of lips, profuse sweating (pearl / oily sweating) , in severe case: coma T:very pale or bluish purple, short P:hidden/minute/knotted
      - Face: cyanosis of lips
        
        Chest: feeling of oppression or constriction of the chest --> stabbing or pricking pain in the chest which may radiate to the inner aspect of left arm or shoulder with cold hands T:purple entirely or only on the sides in the chest area P: choppy, wiry or knotted
