Article 119 of the Social Segurity Law
An employee is disabled when he/she is not able to work, or at least, not to develop a similar job, that means not earning a 50% of the regular wage ( last year and a half), before disability took place.

Disability pension will be cancel by the time employee gets a similar job to the one he used to have.
If an employee has 2 pensions, one as a beneficiary and other as a employee (pensioner),
The employer must have number of weeks enrolled in IMSS
Requirements
The pensioner who goes abroad, he will continue receiving his pension
Disabled employees can choose to pay his Infonavit account
If an employee has the right for 2 pensions, one for work risk, and other by disability, he would receive both, but never more than 100% of last wage

Disability was the result of a crimen commited by the employee
Disability exist vefore the employee enrolllment in IMSS

Each child under 16 years ikd, or until 25 if he/she is studing
Who works can not have a pension
Requirments
At the moment of the empoyee´s death but he had been enrolled in IMSS at least 150 weeks.
The cause of death was not a work risk
Assitencia nad Family Help
An extra help for disabled employee ́s family
Wife (concubine) 15%
Orphans 10%
No Wife or Orphans = Parents = 10% each one
No wife, no orphans, no parents = employee 15%
This help is pay to employee, and ends when he dies
