but first of all I was intrigued what's the company really talking about when it talks about transformation and a smoke-free future and then when I delve little deeper I saw that there was a massive challenge here but also a huge opportunity and I think to be part of such a massive transformation that could not only change the company one of the biggest in the world but also change society it was too good an opportunity to miss wow what makes PMI unique I think it's the people but I think it's the ambition as well I think a company that is really trying to transform its whole sector it's almost unheard of and to be part of that is really just a great opportunity but I think Philip Morris's ambition it's a unique statement of intent I think people need to be ambitious I think their needs who want to challenge things I think they need to listen I think they need to be people activators as well need to respond to the consumers but think most of all there need to be open-minded there needs to be wanting to learn the whole time but there is so much to learn but they want to be open minded in in the transformation we're going through as well and if you are that and there's so many opportunities here
I started my PMI career three years ago when I joined the communications team near Romania and everyone back then asked me how can you think that an artist can fit an organization you are a free spirit you will quit three years later and Here I am I learned my lesson it's not about fitting it's about belonging belonging to a specific group of people people who master their work that are a true source of inspiration open-minded people like you at the end of the day and secondly it's about belonging to an idea and idea that motivates me now how it did in the past that ideaof shaping the future contribute to something bigger than you it's about creating something meaningful
Aksum were working hours is something that I really cherish usually even more if you're a student so it's not strict nine to five working hours but it's mostly like goal orientated that you need to do projects in whatever timeframe you wish as a student of international relationship this is all very new to me I always really wanted to be part of like a big huge multinational organization I really loved working outside of my comfort zone I really like when I get responsible tasks which I do and that people value my work this is what excites me the most new knowledge and experiences that I am able to get here
