Osteoporosis: A condition characterized by low bone mass and deterioration of bone tissue. Leading to bone fragility and increasing risks of fractures in the hips, spine, and wrists.
Type II Diabetes: A disease that occurs when your blood glucose levels are too high & when your body doesn't make enough insulin.
Hypertenion: Also known as high blood pressure. Can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and even death.

If untreated?
If osteoporosis goes untreated it could lead to really serious bone fractures, pain and even disability.
Hypertension can lead t heart attack, stroke, and vision problems. Can even cause blood vessels in the brain to clog or even burst.
Type II Diabetes could cause kidney damage, blindness, stroke and heart disease.
