What is report?
- It is written for a clear purpose and to a particular audience
- The information is presented in a clearly structured format
- May outline the purpose, audience and problem or issue that your report must address
A well written report will demonstrate your ability to:
- Understand the purpose
- Gather, evaluate and analyse information
- Present report in consistent manner
- Make an appropriate conclusion
- Make thoughtful conclusion

- Contents
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Discussions
- Conclusions
- Appendices
- Bibliography
- Content (list the different chapters with the page numbers.)
- Introduction (explains thei aim of the report)
- Methods (Provide informations)
- Results (Include a summary of the results )
- Discussions (Analyse and discuss main body of the report).
- Conclusions (Show the overall significance of what has been covered)
- Appendices (Include all the supporting information that have used but not published)
- Bibliography (List in alphabetical order by author, all published sources referred to report.)
- Summary (Briefly describe the context of paragraph)
