First job out of graduate school as a STEM Retention Specialist. Implemented two STEM learning communities (Engineering Tech Scholars and Biology Chem Scholars). ETS was recognized statewide as an exemplary program representing guided pathways. (May 2017 - May 2019)
Graduated from SJSU Master's in Social Work Program and served as a therapist for youth K - 12 for 2 years (May 2017)
Promoted to STEM Counselor. Launched STEM Center Forums, Engineering Transfer Bridge, What It Do Wednesdays, STEM Peer Mentorship Program (May 2019 - Current)
Fulfilling first job as a prenatal case manager (May 2013 - June 2015)
Graduated from UC Berkeley (May 2013)
Grant Work: Serving as Co-PI / Activity Director of Strengthening Pathways to Success in STEM grant and awarded National Science Foundation grant to build the electronics technology program (May 2019 - Current)

Career Goals
2 - 5 years: Focus on effective leadership and collaboration at the division and institutional level. Focus on developing cohorts of empowered and conscious student leaders that enter the workforce.
5 - 10 years: Focus on effective leadership and collaboration at the institutional, district, and national level.
1 - 2 years: Build a robust STEM Center student community - peer mentorship program (What it do Wednesdays), student leadership program (STEM Center Forums), learning communities, and wellness programs. Build a robust electronics engineering student community (SkyBayTech) and transfer programs (Engineering Transfer Bridge). Build out counseling resources and materials.
Personal Goals
2 - 5 years: Write a collection of memoir and personal essays.
5 - 10 years: Be a kickass mom (maybe) while still making progress towards career goals.
1 - 2 years: Bike 50 miles and be able to bike to Hawk Hill. Hike to the summit a few of the highest peaks in US. Take another writing course. Take tennis lessons.
