but what if they are interested in job opportunity, but we know that they are not relevant
? shall we send them anyway? we should probably explain HM they should devote their time - it can be only on-line - maybe they change their mind or simply it will at least look like we did our best

there are things people will not discuss with us - as Guy said - biggest challenge is that companies like Facebook, Microsoft and Google do not want to join us (they do not even reply to me) - we can send them Qualtrics survey to reveal more - is it only about money?
