You always need to take budget into account because, it is what allows your to hire your actors or create props for your scenes. Everything that is in the movie requires a budget.
Script
The sccript is the most important because it's I the primary way that the director conveys the story. What is written in the script will always have a strong and direct impact on the audience.
Cast
Actors almost always make or break a movie, if you are going to make a successful movie you're going to need an actor who is good at what they do. If you can get big name actors that adds a nice boost since their name alone might attract audiences.

it adds a raw shaky feeling to the shot which can add a feeling of anxiety and chaos.
The steady cam
Is a hand held camera but its stabilized. This is kind of like the dolly but it can be even more immersive because it can move anywhere it wants.
Use guide lines
guide lines can can help guides veiwers attention to what it is you want them to see.
Full
includes the full body of the person, can be used to show someone just casually standing around.
Cowboy shot
This shot used to be used to show a cowboys full body down until its guns.
Wide angle
Wide angle this helps make things seem further apart, everything is more in focus, there’s less contrast in the depth.
Close up
A close up shot shows the full face with barely any room on top or on the bottom of the head
Depth
depth helps solidify an subject in their world and helps the viewer focus on one object only
Choker
A choker shot is a shot where the sensor cuts where a choker would normally be worn. This is the last shot what can still include the eyes nose and lips
Macro
Macro photography can me used to create a photo of something so small normal people normally don’t see. Normally macro lenses can get ridiculously close to the subject.
Symmetry
symmetry can is a classic composition in photography because humans just like it. Still you should only use it if you really really want people to focus on what your shooting.
Leading room
Is when you leave extra space in the direction you shooting subject is facing.
Headroom
Whenever you leave room on top of the head of the subject
Rules of thirds
this means to keep things in the point of interest in the frame. Keep it intersections of the thirds
Cuts
Jump cut
Cut inside the same scene, usually used for montages or used to show a passing in time.
Match cut
A match cut matches two scenes together. The two scenes can either can be similar in look or similar metaphorically
Cross cut
Usually used for phone calls, this type of of cut cuts between two different characters whenever something Is happening. For example a chase scene or phone call.
Cutaway
Is a cut that cuts into something else then comes back to the previous scene, it can happen as dreams or a persons thoughts.
Smash cut
It’s when a scene cuts from an intense scene to a quite scene or from a quite scene to an intense scene.
Cutting on action
It's a cut that occurs whenever a character is motion or an object is motion, most common during fight scenes
L cut
The L cut is when the audio from the current scene carries on to the next scene, named because of how it looks in premier.
J cut
the J cut is when audio from another scene starts playing during your current scene.
Transitions
Dissolve
This is when a shot slowly dissolves into another one, for example a young face turning into an old face.
Iris
The iris is a transition that slowly turn the screen lack in a circular fashion that ends on the main character, this originated from old cameras that you could manually close the shutter in this manner
Fade in
A fade in is when a scene fades to black or from black back into a scene.
Whipe
Is when a new scene swipes over the old scene, it can be in many ways from left to right, from right to left, or from to top to bottom, and from bottom top, like a curtain, or a left to right with jagged ends, etc.
Motion Blur
Motion Blur is usually used to disguise a cut because from the effect that the camera has by being moved to fast. In other words it blurs the video which then makes the cut essentially seem less
Fake one take
SFX, like in the movie children of men a seamless cut can be achieved using sfx. They used cgi to blend the background from from the inside of the care to the outside of the car.

Motion blur is commonly used to disguise a cut from one scene to another
Going close to an object in order to make the frame black, which then can disguise the cut.
