Serviced and Self-Catering Accommodation
The accommodation include two categories: SERVICED ACCOMMODATION and SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION.
SELF-CATERING
Refers to all those types of accommodation in which people have to do their own cleaning, shopping and cooking.
Generally , properties are supplied with household appliance and equipment such as cutlery and crockery.
The guests are charged extra for linen or towels are well as for gas and electricity.
IT INCLUDES:
All rented properties used for holiday purposes, caravan, camping and motor home parks, youth hotels, and Halls of residence in universities.
STUDIOS
They range from studios, to larger flats on apartments, luxurious villas, cottages, bungalows, chalet, cabins farmhouses, houseboats and yachts.
BUNGALOW
Plates, cups, bowls etc. used for serving food or drink.
CABIN
A small simple wooden house.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
Knives, forks and spoons used for e eating food.
CUTLERY
Devices or machines, usually electrical, that are in your home and which you use to do jobs such as washing, cleaning or cooking, etc.

Self-catering is an increasingly popular form of tourism on farms.
Many farmers and landowners have converted farm buildings into accommodation units.
Youth hostels
Offer private and shared rooms for individuals, couples and groups in dormitories.

B&B
Also refers to small establishment than can offer accommodation in en-suite rooms, rooms with shared facilities, and a full breakfast served in a common dining area or in the host’s kitchen.
Guesthouses normally have more rooms than B&Bs and their owners live in an entirely separate area within the property.

SERVICED APARTMENT
Offer the comfort, privacy and flexiblity of a self-catering property, together with the added benefits of many hotel-type services such as: maid services, Internet accesso pints, rooms service and concierge.
