Compensation
The average base pay for a job like this in Nashville is $43,969.
The price for a 2 bedroom apartment is about $1,000 - $1,500 depending on how close it is to the most popular neighborhoods in Downtown Nash.
The benefits of this specific position are not listed, but while applying to similar positions, I've seen that it's normal for companies to denote that they offer medical, dental, and a 401K.
Cost of living index in Nashville is about 5.58% lower than in Cleveland. The difference is that rent is more expensive in Nash because of location but activities/dining is not generally more expensive.
The average cost of a meal at a restaurant in Nashville can vary but is about $13 per person. As for groceries, I can plan to spend about $200-$250 per month.
Me At Work
I value the fact I'm a team player. I love collaborating because I think it's how good ideas turn in a great ones. I would not want to work for a company that gave one person all the power.
I would describe my work ethic as really strong! When I am passionate about something, I work hard to make sure the end goal is achieved.
This type of work %100 fits my personality type because I am very extroverted. From a young age, this is exactly what I wanted to do. I remember taking a career test in 6th grade and my suggested job path was in Advertising and Marketing!
Honesty, integrity, or a code of ethics play a major role in my work. If I want to be creating content for a brand, I have to represent that brand in the best way possible. They owe it to their to followers to be transparent and honest in everything they do.

Long-Term Goals
I just want to continue adding to my savings as much as I possibly can so that I always have something to fall back on.
For long-term financial goals, somethings that's important to me is saving for a house. I want my dream house and want to do anything I can to get it. I have a really nice 2017 car that I love so much, so I do not plan on getting rid of any time soon. So in addition to my house, probably investments, and when the time comes setting up college funds for my kids.

Life-long Learner
I'm planning on continuing to educate myself by staying active on social media so I can always know whats out there, and stay inspired.
A HUGE trend right now is TikTok. These 15 - 60-second videos are very trendy right now because there's a huge range of genres. From comedy, to beauty, to dancing, there is something people of all ages can enjoy. A lot of big brands have already began using it as a new way to reach their audience.
I think there major chance for growth because I've seen how much social platforms have grown just in the last 5 years so I can't even imagine where they are headed. Especially with so many brands hopping on the influence marketing wave, I know social media is going to continue it's upward climb.
I don't think I need to continue schooling to work in social media. It changes so often that learning by doing is what's going to be the best practice I can get in my opinion. You can't teach trends because they come and go. There is constant changes and updates that it's just makes more sense in my head to just keep learning as I go. Maybe I'll change my mind, but as of now I do not see a reason I would need more student debt.
