Comment from Merchantile - Doug Holtrop Hi Steve - I can email you the guidance we’ve received from the US Chamber of Commerce. We’re still awaiting the guidance from the SBA on how the program will be administered and what applications need to look like. They’re telling us we should see that in the next 7-14 days, but we’re expecting some color this week yet. In the meantime, if your groups are interested, we have a sign-in form on our website that will send out updates in the program as we have them.

From Merchantile .... Since we talked about the PPP in the last day or two, the bank has put together a website to keep everyone interested in the program updated on our progress. As I mentioned, we are still looking for guidance from the SBA on several details of the program and are working towards an application process. Here’s a link to that website: https://www.mercbank.com/security/covid19.asp The site has a form to fill out if you have interest in the program so we can send updates and get the application out once it becomes available. I’ve also attached the most recent guidance we’ve received from the US Chamber of Commerce. You may have seen this already, but I wanted to make sure you had it.
