STORYTELLING
stories: help to achieves social, linguistic, psycologic, cognitive and cultural goals; can be told with picture and gesture: introduce new language in context; help children acquire intonation and pronunciation by listening
3 steps
PRE TELLING: create interest and curiosity, prepare picture, sound, revise all the vocalbulary, show the cover, ask questions about it. Brainstorming; introduce new structure.
TELLING: animate the story, help students to understand the story. Tell the story many times. Stop and ask questions, prediction.
POST READING: all the activity you can do.
stories: are interesting and enjoyable; help children relate new things to what they know already, can introduce the child to other cultures and attitudes, help children acquire intonation

SUGGESTIONS:
