At the top of the society was the pharaoh, under him was upper class that included priests and government officials who were mostly nobles. Below the nobles were the Middle class. The middle class consisted of lesser government officials, scribes, crafts people and merchants. the lower class was mostly made up of farmers. And the lowest class was made up of servants and slaves.
