        คล้าย pyogenic แต่ในฟองน้ำ จะมี RBC เยอะมากๆ แดงเลย ✨ แล้ว space ขาวๆ จะค่อยเพิ่มขึ้น จาก V. dilation

        จะไม่ plump endothelial cell ✨ แต่มันจะเรียบๆ เพราะมันไม่ได้ active เป็นตั้งแต่เกิด

        จะเห็นสีแดงเป็นปื้นนนนนน ใหญ่มากก = ปานแดงไง
        
        นอกจากแยกจากประวัติแล้ว ถ้าคิดว่าเป็นอันนี้ควรทำ Angiography✨ เพราะเสี่ยงเลือดไม่หยุดไหลหลังทำหัตถการ
