I think in the future browns bay will be diffrent because of the way people act. It might be filled with even more litter, and some buildings will be taken down.

According to the information and the current situation for Browns Bay, We all know that Browns Bay is starting to overpopulate. 4239 was the number of people in 2013 (can't find the population of Browns Bay in 2020) and the numbers just keep on growing. I predict that Browns Bay could potentially overpopulate, in addition to tourists that come to NZ and Browns Bay. I think that they would then build more apartments and buildings to solve the overpopulation problem.

200 years ago Browns bay, as known now as the commercial hub of the north shore was once nothing but Grassland covered in poison plant. Now its a bustling small town of restraunts and apartments. Soon i predicts that when electric cars are extreamly popular, There will be electric car charging stations, an everything will be powered by solar power and there will be no more smog or fossil fuel

I think in the future browns bay will look like a ton of apartments and maybe a mall.I think they will build apartments there because there are already apartments there and I'm guessing they will build more.I think there will be a mall there because there are a lot of shops.

In the future I believe more apartments will be built since north shores population is growing quite fast. Retirement homes could possibly be built too, for the elderly people. since the population is growing they would probably include more car parks around the area.

I think browns bay will be folded with people and plastic consistently being picked up off the beach, hundreds of buildings most likely to be hotels and apartments so they can save space. The growth of the human race could lead to some relaly bad things like destroying all other life forms or comletly destroying all forests and wildlife or melting the poles to create huge waves destroying lots of beach-side areas, like browns bay

I think browns bay will build more apartments, and homes for their population to grow.
144 years ago Mr Browns bought 136 acres of land to make it into farmland but it then became a holiday destination and now it my become an even bigger population of tourists due to the increasing amount of apartments.

I think Browns Bay/North Shore area will have more city features for example big towers and bridges. It will also have Theme parks which will be a tourist attraction same with water parks by the beaches.
