NUTRIENTS
is the nourishing substances in food that provide energy and promote the growth and maintenance of your body.
CALORIES
is a measure of the energy in food, specifically the energy-yielding nutrients.
DIET
is the food and beverages you normally eat and drink.
METABOLISM
is all the reaction by which the body obtains and expands the energy from food.

HEALTH
: When a person or someone is diagnosed with certain diseases, they need to take extra care about their nutritional and lifestyle habits.

CARBOHYDRATES
