Key concepts
1.Need- problem/opportunity which motivated the stakeholders to act.
2.Stakeholder - individuals who are impacted, influenced or interested about the change need and the solution
3.Solution - How to resolve the problems of the stakeholders. This can be a software or business process re-engineering or even organizational change
4.Context - everything within the environment of the change - Ex: regulations, geo location, culture, language, behaviors, beliefs
5.Value - gain or importance to the stakeholders- this can be tangible [monetary] or intangible[motivation or improvement].
6.Change - expected to happen with regards the need.
