The Government has decreed the reestablishment of land border controls within the framework of the containment measures of COVID-19. This measure will take effect at 00:00 hours tonight and will continue for the duration of the alarm state.

- Article 7. Limitation of the freedom of movement of people.
- Article 9. Containment measures in the educational and training field.
- Article 10. Containment measures in the field of commercial activity, cultural facilities, recreational establishments and activities, hotel and restaurant activities, and other additional ones.
- Article 11. Containment measures in relation to places of worship and with civil and religious ceremonies.

Madrid, La Rioja, Vitoria and Labastida: social distancing
- activities in closed spaces that gather more than a thousand people suspended. (If these activities take place in spaces with a smaller capacity, they can only be held with a maximum occupancy of one third.)
- Penitentiary Institutions: limit access for 14 days to prisons and social integration centers; family, coexistence and intimate communications suspended; communications with lawyers and ministers of worship will be carried out exclusively through call shop.

c. Time flexibility and planning staggered shifts to reduce worker concentrations.
d. Encourage meetings by videoconference.
