Effects of alcohol:
Heart and Blood Vessels~ Short term: perspiration and flushed skin.
Long term: high blood pressure, heart damage, blood vessel damage.
Brain and Nervous System~ Short term: slurred speech, impaired judgement, difficulty walking.
Liver~ Short term: Liver changes alcohol into water and carbon dioxide (an hour per drink) limits normal liver function.
Long term: Liver is damaged possibly resulting in cirrhosis (scarring and destruction of the liver).
Opiods
It is prescribed by doctors for acute and chronic pain. Even though they are prescribed, they are overly prescribed meaning more people get them and doctors have them prescribed in high tablet amounts because of the manufactures.
Effects: Short term: sleepiness, decreased pain, constipation, low blood pressure
Long Term: dry mouth/nose, inflamed nasal passages, cognitive defects

Younger people are watching youtube which is filled with you tubers starting their morning with coffee and it is made out that they can not live without their coffee.
That being said: younger audiences are wanting to be like their youtube influences so they too start drinking coffee at a younger age.
