How it maintain homeostasis: The excretory system maintains homeostasis by removing the wastes of the body and controlling the amount of water in the body
Immune system
Organs:
Mouth, Stomach, Skin, Nose (Cilia and Mucus).
The Main Function of the Immune System is to protect against diseases by identifying and killing pathogens and tumor cells.

Relation of the 3 body systems: The excretory, immune, nervous, and urinary systems are related because of the excretory and urinary system both remove wastes from the body, the immune share the mouth with the immune system, the nervous system controls all of the systems. So all the systems are related to making up the body and reach up perfection.
