Hernando Cortes Pizarro was a famous Spanish conquistador who conquered the Aztecs on behalf of Spain.He pursued adventure and riches.

In 1519 he led an expidition to Mexico owver when the local tribe in Mexico saw his expidition crew then ran away leading them to the Aztec empire.
By November him and his colony/expidition crew arrived in Tenochtitlan and quickly gained control and ended up bossing around the Aztec empire.
Waiting for the annual festival of Sun Cortes waited to attack a tribe however 100,000 people found out and managed to trick Cortes and his people out of the city. However, later on in 1521, he came back with a bigger and better army and because of Cortes's army's numbers the Aztecs were forced to surrender.
