There are lots of factors behind the payment imbalance between men and women as there are different levels of education between men and women.
How can we deal with this problem?
We can let the companies that both male and women work for have the same amount of payment.

Most people (including men and women) thought that women are more suitable for domestic affairs, such as housekeeping and taking care of children.
How can we deal with this problem?
Well, this problem is now solved as women can now vote, but how this problem was dealt was that there was an suffrage campaign led by Kate Shepard and in 1891, 1892 & 1893 they assembled a series of petitions calling on Parliament to let women vote.

In 2015, 2016 & 2017, a data company had found out women are more likely than men to be 'top performers' by their company.
How can we deal with this problem?
We can let the companies that men and women work for let both genders be promoted equally.

What are the causes of this problem?
Multiple girls around the world face lots of barriers to education such as distance to school, cultural norms and practices, etc.
How can we deal with this problem?
We can try and let girls get the same equal amount of access to education as boys by letting girls not have those barriers to education.
