Gel treatment area for conduction
Keep ultrasound head in constant and full contact with the body (i.e. hold at 45 degree angle.
Move head in parallel direction to the fibre arrangement of the annular ligament to encourage correct fibre alignment. Constant slow contact, always keeping treatment head moving.
