        MOA: NS 2-4L/m - 35% Venturi - NRM 10-15L/m
        Repeat ABG and lactate plus senior r/v
        Crit care/resp r/v if unable to maintain
        sats (may need intubation)
        NB. High flow is AGP and must be given in
        designated unit with resp and crit care input
      - T2RF
        Indication: T2RF on ABG, target sats 88-92%
        MOA: If pH in range, Venturi 24% - 28% - 35% - NRM 10-15L/m
        If acidotic, get resp/crit care r/v for NIV
        If unable to maintain sats, crit care/resp r/v (may need intubation)
        NB. High flow is AGP and must be given in
        designated unit with resp and crit care input

        Hand hygeine, gloves, plastic apron, surgical facemask
      - Confirmed/possible COVID, AGP
        Hand hygeine, gloves, surgical gown, FFP3 mask, eye protection
      - Confirmed/possible patient transport
        Patient wears surgical mask, staff wear gloves and plastic apron
