People are choosing one company over another due to sustainable travel which lead to an increase of sustainable holidays by 10% in 4 years.
Holiday numbers are increasing and people are cutting there spending before and after they go on holiday, and customers are still wanting package holidays while still trying to budget.

The country is also limiting Chinese and foreign airlines to one flight per week, and flights must not be more than 75% full.

Holidaymakers are seeking a variety of ways to get support during the online booking process. Many travel companies, including TUI, Hays Travel and Travel Counsellors are adopting a multi-channel approach to personalise their service for customers – including building specialist social media customer service teams, announcing multi-million pound technology upgrades and speaking directly to them via messenger apps.

Collative Data
I am collating my data and using a spreadsheet on excel and putting all my information from my survey into graphs.

Primary information is a lot better and is much easier for me to collate due to asking what I would like to find out and it is purely my information and no one else's.

Diary:
Week 2: I created questions based on my chosen topic and i then created a survey and asked 25 people to take part in the survey to give me my primary research.
Week 3: This is when I took up time to do some secondary research and also allowed me find some ideas on how and when I want to create and send out my promotional material.
Week 4: During this week I was still trying to update my coggle with new and interesting secondary research by looking through magazines and youtube videos
Week 5: is when I finalised all of my primary secondary research and analysed my primary research and also created my promotional material and it was a poster promoting TUI Marella cruises.
