Description: These leads have gone through the landing page and have received automated messages but they have not yet replied or engaged. Leave these leads alone as our system is working on them. Once they reply they will automatically be moved to “Qualify”.

Description: The purpose of this list is to make sure everyone has a tag. And if they don’t then this list will identify them so we can get them a tag. Manually sort these leads out.
Active
Description: This tracks email clicks. It is people who have clicked on your email within the past 3 days, who we have not sent a text/email to within the last 24 hours, and who has had communication with us within 60 days. Use this group to identify people who aren’t necessarily reaching out to you, but are consistently clicking on your emails and expressing interest. They could be a good person to reach out to directly. You can select all of the people in this group and send a batch email through FUB to re-engage them.

Description: This is a good list to find everyone in your system. It shows everyone within your system and you can add a filter to niche down from the list of everyone. For example, you can search by funnel and date to find people who may be have been interested in one particular property (if you had a buyer fall through) and send all of those folks a follow up email to tell them that it is back on the market
