The nervous system doesn't only connect to the immune and excretory system, but with all systems in your body. All of your tissues and organs require instruction and direction from the nervous system. The excretory and immune system relate, because some wastes excreted in your feces contain bad organisms and other particles that your immune system tries to get rid off, so they work together in that way. And as I said before, this is also connected to the nervous system, because the nervous system is the one to give instruction for your body to function.
