FightMediocrity book summary
as long as you can understand the material the only thing that will differentiate you from everyone else is the amount of practice you make.
When you're on your first few hours, STOP EXPECTING TO BE GOOD
This point means stop comparing yourself to other people that have practiced more hours than you, and don't have a loser mentality when you fail in the first 1000 hours in doing something
Talent is OVERRATED
Talent is usually hours and hours of practice you don't see
As long as you're good enough, DELIBERATE PRACTICE is what will set you apart !
"As long as you're good enough" it means that if you don't have a condition that block you at doing something, you don't have nothing to worry
"Deliberate practice" is the amount of time that you invest solely focusing on your craft.
