What are the rules ?

When? 8am, saturday and sunday

What will you do? Firstly we' ll have a simple startup exercise
Secondly we're going to practice the exercise
from simple to hard
Finally, we will finish the lesson with light movements
Why? Because it's good for our health, weight loss, height, beautiful body, and stress reduction
