As teens' usage of electric devices increased, so does the number of teens who has insufficient sleep. When this circumstance occurs, teens may fall asleep in school, and the might caught naps at the wrong time of day, so to disturb their body's natural clock.

Dosing in classes too many times, and getting detentions from teachers after class.
Unable to play with friends a lot, missing interactive moments, not fitting into the whole group.

Sleeping late and having chronicle sleep deprivation could have a dramatic change in ones' life, especially teenagers.
Chronic sleep deprivation means that slowly, your sleep time will get shorter and shorter until you can't sleep at all.
The solution to not letting all of these things happen is to put your devices away before bed and cheerful everyday.
