For profit organisations comprise of both non-incorporated as well as incorporated companies
.The biggest difference between non-incorporated and incorporated companies relates to the extent of individual liability. Not for profit organisations comprise of charities and government organisations. The general and specific environments and the various stakeholders of an organisations significantly influences the management of both for-profit and not-for profit organisations
} Both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations are increasingly expected to engage in socially responsible management practices
