New Industry Leader
Compensation
The average salary for this job title in the geographical area is $0-?. This is a pure bet on ones self. Through the grace of God I will wither fail or I will flourish. However, I know that I am being called to take this bet on myself. I have many family friends who have taken this bet as well and while we feel that it is inappropriate to talk direct numbers outside of business I can make a resonable estimate that people my age doing this in my area that I know are making anywhere from about ~40k-~250k just from conversations we have had and my previous knowledge on the industry tactics.
There are no state benefits offered in this. That is the main concern for sure but I am willing to bet on myself and take on the risks that that invokes.
So technically I can do this anywhere in the world. In all honesty I most likely will travel a lot to different regions to expand the outreach. Therefore it is hard to say the cost of living for this position in a certain city since it is not a brick and motor location. However, I will say that I wish for my home base to be in Sarasota, FL. According to payscale.com the cost of living there is 21.2% higher with the big difference being in housing which is 33.2% higher than where I currently live.
According to rentcafe.com the average rent for an apartment in Sarasota, FL is $1,439. Doing some more digging it seems that a typical price for a two bedroom suite is in the $1,700-$1,800 range.
According to bestplaces.net. Sarasota will cost 7.8% more on food and groceries than my current residence. I spend abut $120 a week on food. Expand that over the course of a month and I will be spending about $480. Include the 7.8% price jump and you are looking at a price of $517.44 per month in groceries.
You @ Work
I work best when I am around others who are also ready to put work in. I also value the addition of background noise, like music, when writing or researching. When it comes to selling I would prefer to do that face-to-face or over the phone rather than through emails.
I value a position that allows me to be in charge of my own destiny. If I am going to be lazy then I deserve nothing. However, If I put in the time and effort then I want the just reward.
I took a test at 16personalities.com to find out that my personality type is a campaigner which means I am super extroverted and intuitive. I defiantly agree with this evaluation. The type of work I will be doing requires me to talk to thousands of people and be able to read their emotions to learn their pain points that way I can help solve them.
Growing up my family had a saying. "You have a last name. That is the gift that we give to you and you will give to your kin. You also have a first name. That is your only first name. Protect it, that is how everyone will remember you." My word is my word and I will not comprise that because as soon as I loose that honesty, integrity, and the ethics behind it not only does my name mean less in the eyes of society, but I also dishonor the work my ancestors did to make my last name strong while weakening it for the next generation. How does this relate to work? I want my clients to trust what I say and that starts with past clients putting respect on my name when they say it. I hope to achieve a lot through the glory of God. However, no matter how far I may fall I pray I never forget Him or my name and the meaning behind both.
Life-Long Learner
The moment that you stop learning is the moment that you will be passed. I plan to follow many blog sites as well as news outlet sites to keep a pulse on the current climate. I will also follow pages with more ideas than actual news that way I can be prepared for any and everything.
I am doing this assignment a little early (over spring break). This is important to note because of the coronavirus currently plaguing the country. Therefore the industry is pushing sales on online ordering platforms. Every owner that thought they didn't need one now does and they need it now. Pay is not a worry to them as long as they can get it up and running by the end of the week.
There is always anticipated growth in this industry because if I ever want to add a program, I can. I just have to learn a lot about it beforehand so i know what i am doing beforehand. Then, of course, I will learn more through failures as I go through the process. Any failure is a success as long as you made sure to learn something from it.
I absolutely do not need another degree for my 5-10 year plan. In all honesty, I did not need a bachelors degree for what I am going to do. I just wanted it as a backup in case times change. I have several family friends who make fun of me for the debt I have already incurred through my decision to go to college. As far as certificates, there are several. However, I have already taken and passed most of those tests. There are two more that I can get for a certain section but I already have five that certify me in the same thing so it isn't too necessary. I would also love to get a Realtors license but depending on the top that may require I might just make a good friend who is a relator to have them help me out.

Long Term Goals
The path I am choosing will not allow me to have a 401K plan but with the climate the world is in I am more than ok with that. I am going to put 50% of my earnings into a reinvestment fund. This could mean savings, this could mean stock market, this could mean business loans, this could mean rental properties, etc. I will have my money make more money without having to do anything with it. That is how I will secure my personal financial future.
The salary range for a management position is $0-?. I understand that it is scary to choose a job that has the option to provide back nothing in return. However, I do not want a job with a ceiling on my pay. That is why I feel like I am being called to this future. I want to bet on me.
My long term financial goals are quite simple for the time being. I do not need a fancy car or a mansion sized home. I want to be able to do what I want when I want. I hope to be able to vacation out of the country once a year as well as go to cool venues. Besides that my expenses would just be new ideas as well as the traditional payments of mortgage, car, food, etc.
