For example: Show what the members must do to make things better and know what leaders must do to help members achieve the goal.
Listen, do not interrupt.
While giving feedback, be sure to pause and listen to what the receiver would like to say as we are not sure what emotions they will be potraying.
For example: Be still and listen what they have to say for themselves. Keep calm and know feedback is a two-way process.
