• Genre is bound up with literacy because different written genres perform purposes for specific discourse communities.

Handwriting

• If handwritting will become obsolete, it won't be soon.
• There are a lot of students whose native language letters and words are totally different from English, that’s the reason why it is important to show them how the writing strokes go in.
Spelling.
• Varieties of English not spell the same words in the same way. We should recommend them to focus on a particular variety as a spelling model.
