This information can be received from Job Descriptors/ Supervisors

How will L&D forecast staff coming into Intel and the training they require?
Lookaheads Spreadsheet
The lookaheads spreadsheet tells us the position of new hires coming into Intel but not the qualifications they have or need
We need to link in with Katelyn to investigate who is coming into the organisation
We then need to liaise with Brian Tully to investigate if we have all the current certificates and confirmation of qualifications on Employee Files in HR Drive
If all information is available, L&D can then identify what training new hires have and what training they need to be trained in before starting on site
L&D can then start scheduling training training to get new hires at the standard of training they need to be at before starting on site. They can arrange this as soon as possible
L&D can tie in with the Supervisors on arranging training
If not, can L&D be of assistance to help in this process?
How is this information translated to L&D?
