Not only knowing how to use teaching tools is important, also knowing how to incoperate these tools into education to better realize educational effect and behaviours, like constructivism or UBD design is important.

This is not necessarily an aspect of their professional development program specifically, but I noticed that the school's values were boldly written on the building (passion for learning, compassion, respect, responsibility, integrity, and resilience), and I noticed that these values seemed to be highly reflected in their professional development program and approaches to teaching/learning.
Treat teachers as a highly professional career and teachers have to learn to do a great job
every teacher has a significant portion in school's teaching in different areas.
