Gel Electrophoresis (Materials (To make the gel (Agarose, Flask, Gel mold,…

- - - - Put the DNA sample in a well
        
        Put the DNA size standard in a well
        
        Connect the electrophoresis box to a power supply(negative charge in the side where the wells are, positive charge to the opposite side)
        
        Take the gel out of the electrophoresis box and put it in ethidium bromide
        
        Finally, put it in the UV light box to see the results
