Scenarios
Cases of infection in the office
All staff would possibly have to isolate for 7 days or be cleared by NHS111
All staff who can would work from home will do
Cases of infection in the warehouse
All staff would possibly have to isolate for 7 days or be cleared by NHS111
Hopefully we would only need to isolate those who develop problems. The operations could continue following Oskar's plan. The real problem comes if we lose have the staff
If we lose half the staff we would have to choose which operations are essential
Perhaps to make a stock check on what we have now and how long it would last
Really comes a problem if the lack of staff continues for an extended period
Other Actions
Check temperature of any staff showing signs of fever and take appropriate actions
Some staff may be told to self isolate or check with NHS 111
These are to work from home if they can
Staff told to report health problems before coming into work. Health surveillance question checklist to be used
Surface regular touched by multiple staff should be regular cleaned
Regular updates to the staff on any new details re protecting themselves
Vulnerable staff
