Skip the gym - run outdoors alone or bike
Avoid crowded places where you share air in close proximity eg Gym
Dont touch metal surfaces
THE BAD NEWS
It is everywhere - 250,000 to 500,000 in the US probably already have it. Still going to get worse.
Stop all non essential activities
Virus can remain viable in the air for up to 3 hours
Virus can survive on copper for up to 4 hours, on cardboard up to 24 hours and on plastic and stainless steel up to 2 to 3 days
US lags behind all major economies when it comes to testing - so our true situation is not known but Italy is a good case study to follow.
Expect public places, schools and some customer facing business to shut down
The US medical system could be overrun March 21, 2020 (lack of ICU capacity, Respirators etc)
WHAT TO PREPARE
Have 90 days of critical meds on hand
Have 30 days of nutritious foods on hand. Freeze foods like berries
Have tissues and sanitizers available if you live with others
Not sure why so many buy toilet paper - far more important items to stock up on!
BOLSTER IMMUNE SYSTEM
Sleep is important for your immune system - get 7 hrs+ a day
Clean your phone screen regularly
Eat micronutrients - foods rich in zinc, selenium, iron, copper, folic acid, and vitamins A, B6, C, D and E
Sleep well - 7 hours of solid sleep per night
Exercise but don't knock yourself out.
Take 1000mg Vitamin C a day
Take VitaminD 1000 to 5000 IUs daily
WHAT IF YOU GET COVID-19 [up to 40% of US could]
Take Andrographis Extract
Do not do anything strenuous
Take Zinc Lozenges
Get medical attention - call first
Eat superfoods to bolster immune system.
Take Elderberry extract which shortens duration
Take Phospholipids
WHAT IF YOU CANNOT FIND HAND SANITIZER? MAKE IT!
Use disinfectant wipes
Use Antibacertial dish soap as hand soap
Make your own - Mix 2/3rds Aloe Vera with 1/3rd Rubbing Alcohol (90% proof)
Use throw away tissues when you touch surfaces
