How can plants (producers) employ carbon dioxide and sunlight to produce sugar and oxygen?
.
2 different examples of ecological niches
Puma: deer, horse, cattle, sheep (basically they eat everything that they catch). Since puma is the apex predator, no animals prey of pumas. However, lions and wolves if they go in packs can kill puma. Puma is also a host of parasites. A disease called Toxoplasmosis is spread through their feces
Otter: They eat fish as their main energy source. Otter is also prey for coyote, bobcat, cougar,... Otter is also host for many parasitic infestation such as roundworms, ticks.

Bullet ant
Bullet ants feed on small arthropods and nectar.
Bullet ants know how to hide from its predators.
