4.1)Compentency

4.3 Public Interest
At all times public health, safety and public must be given priortiy

Ensure partners, directors member or employees that work and control over the work is excisered
Must provide all information to the council in wiriting all info in order for the council to determine which the registered person was responsible

Must within 30 days respond to correspondence received from clients, colleagues and Council in so far as it relates to work or proceedings in terms of these rules.
