Risk for falls increased d/t lack of feeling, function, steadiness

Assistance with mobility, walker and gait belt. Promote walking as tolerated by pt.
Monitor skin for rashes, sores.

Pt experiencing loss of feeling in feet, numbness in all extremities, trouble with mobility and chewing. Some pain in her back and neck.
Assist pt its eating if necessary. Continue to assess feeling in extremities. Provide PRN Tylenol for pain.

Vasoconstriction of blood vessels increases resistance of blood flow and pressure on the heart. RAAS system is responsible for creating angiotensin II which increases perephreal resistance and increases blood pressure
