Representative democracy.
Role of representatives.
Representative is a job that is basically a lawyer for counties or other things like that.
Representatives are people that represent communities like counties, cities, provinces, etc.
Representatives can make decisions for our countries based on what the public wants.
purpose of associations.
Associations exist for people to work together on something they can't do alone. A.K.A working together on a bigger thing than one can handle.
Associations make their members work hard to help make the association a better company. This is what they do for their members.
Associations can also help people wok together with more confidence.
This is what I feel is the purpose of associations.
How associations make decisions
Everybody in the association is involved in making decisions. They all have to be involved to make it the most accurate decisions possible.
The way associations make decisions is started at a general meeting. They discuss what they want to do and make a decision.
Associations have to ask their members and other people what their opinion is on the decision they want to make. They want to make sure that it is the best possible for the public.
Representative responsibility roles
Representatives have to take care of the needs of people in their community.
Representatives have to do what they think will
do the most good for the community they are representing.
Representatives are accountable for what they do and say. They have to hope they don't say it the wrong way and offend people.
How associations communicate with Members.
Channels of communication that exist is, like I said, meetings, private interviews, community boards, and by forming public discussions. These all are pretty much meetings because that's a lot of communication in associations.
Associations may communicate by simply having a private chat with a single person in the association.
This is how associations communicate with members: They might start a meeting to tell everybody what's up.
