Role of Representatives
It is essential that a representative express and consider the ideas of his/her group. They also must have a concise perception of his/her group's vision.
It is a Representatives job to represent those that have voted for them. They are essentially the leaders and have to make reasonable decisions that consider and value the needs of everybody
Representatives must keep in touch to their entire group and make sure to tell everybody what is going on. They have to help everybody and be role models.
A good representative has to be honest, consistent, dependable, selfless, a leader, and loyal.
