"I fear too early, for my mind misgives: some consequence, yet hanging in the stars, shall bitterly begin"
Before he goes to the ball, where he meets Juliet, Romeo already has a feeling that there will be consequences of his decision to go and it will be "bitter". He suspects that his fate will be "hanging with the stars" the use of the word "stars" re-iterates to the audience that he is "star-crossed". Romeo also feels as if he will be too early, which is a re-occurring theme in the play too, for example, the lovers die young.
