Domilita is taught by her mama how to make bricks with just the right amount of everything.. eventually they made a small cozy house

They were quite poor so she decided to go to a noble house as a cook. One evening she cooked nopales for Timoteo - the goveners son. Timoteo looked at them and was rude about Domitila giving him weeds to eat for dinner

A storm came back at her small house and the house fell down

But at the noble house Abuela was not happy with Timoteo's rude words and told him to try it

In the middle of the night a servant came to tell Domitila that her mother was very ill

He called for the chef but soon found out that the cook was a different person

The cook told Timoteo that it was the cook 2 who had made the last meal and she had gone home because her mama was sick

So Timoteo set out after cook 2, he was only told she lived in open land

He was getting very hungery when he finnaly found a village

Timoteo came across a woman who tricked him into thinking that her daughter Pereza was Domitila instead of Domitila herself

The women stole food and made dinner. Domitila loved being looked after again so he married Malvina, now Domitila had to work even harder

Finnaly Timoteo got the truth because he went and found Domitila and then got married
