Served as a mentor to several individuals across all DMM teams in the region

Security Penetration Scorecard for FY20:
Represented North Central in the US ADE Advisory council
Identify gaps in ADE-related processes and standards across US regions and verticals
Learn from the other regions and verticals, and apply those learnings to our region to improve our business
Bring forward region-specific challenges to the council to determine how others are solving them.
Bring success and lessors learned from NCR to the council for reuse in other regions
Serves as an advisor to my direct peers for the cross-border and global deal process based on learnings from the ADE Council and experience with prior deal.
Created a two-way flow of information between NCR and Council for global deal process, awareness, and training
Completed the two year STLP program
