Apply for tenders in the Indian market. A big chunk of the tenders (including government) is being picked up by SMB local vendors. Eg: Idemia which was managing operations and DevOps for Aadhaar (Indian Social Security) was an SMB and has just shut down.

Be a major player in the GDG/HUG meetup space. Both are poorly managed at the moment
