A rating of 5 is given if all 1s are NO, all 3s are YES, all 5s are YES
A rating of 6 is given if all 1s are NO, all 3s are YES, all 5s are YES and ½ or more of all 7s are YES
A rating of 7 is given if all 1s are NO, all 3s are YES, all 5s are YES and all 7s are YES
